Return of goods:

By law, the buyer has the right to return the goods within 14 days of receipt of the goods. You will find a detailed description of all requisites in our terms and conditions. The goods must be in the original packaging and in the same condition in which you received it. After receiving and checking the condition of the goods, we will refund the amount you paid to your bank account, or you can use it as a credit for further purchases - depending on the agreement.

Ideally, place the order / invoice in the shipment or write the email address under which you ordered the order number. The day after sending the shipment, send us the account number by e-mail (we need the account number in electronic form, it is not necessary to attach it physically to the shipment).


Under no circumstances should you send the goods cash on delivery! The goods will not be accepted!

 


 

Reclamation:

Most of our goods are covered by a 24 month warranty. The requirements are again regulated by our business conditions and we rely on a sample solution of complaints - we handle all justified complaints in the shortest possible time and without problems (most complaints have been resolved in a time significantly shorter than the legal 30 days).

Damage during transportation:

It may happen that the carrier damages the shipment, or the shipment arrives incomplete. We will solve any problem with the carrier and, in justified cases, we will compensate the damage. However, it is always necessary for you to inform us of damage to the shipment within 48 hours of receipt! In such a case, please write to us and attach photos of damaged goods, photos of packaging material, photos of goods as they were packed and stickers "fragile" "and "don't drop".

⚠️ The received goods must be checked IMMEDIATELY.

In case of damage to the goods during transport, the transport company provides only 2 working days to report the damage event.
If you miss this limit, all damage, even if not caused by damage, cannot be claimed.
Please check the accepted goods immediately and thoroughly, if this happens, please contact us, we will inform you about the complaint procedure (photos of damage, photos of the shipment and packaging materials)
