The DiamondAir ozone pipe generator can be used connected in the air distribution system or usually spontaneously in the area for disinfection of the area of apartments, cars, rooms, waiting rooms and other areas against coronavirus. It does not contain a fan and is not limited by the classic air flow to a flow of 280 m3 as is the case with the competition and is therefore predestined for larger spaces and for faster disinfection. The ozonator can hold the fan up to a flow rate of 4800 m3 / h. You can use the ozonator by connecting it to a duct fan with a diameter of 355 mm and a flow rate of up to 4800 m3 / h, or use it by passing air from a classic home fan with an ozonator diameter and larger and thus increase its efficiency.
Ozoners (ozone generators) are devices for effective disinfection and effective removal of odors using "active oxygen" (O3). They are used in restaurants, water treatment plants, biogas plants, but also everywhere where one-time disinfection of premises or permanent removal of odors is needed - changing rooms, gyms, stables or buildings that used to serve other purposes and were insufficiently renovated.
Oxygen O2 passes through the device, which is partially converted into unstable ozone O3 by means of "silent" discharges. Ozone eliminates viruses, bacteria, allergens and fungal spores - without the use of chemicals. At the same time, it splits odors and removes them. It ensures a clean and healthy environment without harmful particles.
We recommend using it in combination with fans, which we will also be happy to offer you. Thanks to the high speed of the fan, which processes tens of m3 of air in a short time, these ozone generators are predestined for the widest range of applications.

Despite the higher acquisition cost, this is a great investment, which has a very fast return, especially if it can completely replace the carbon filter. Here is a return of 1-2 years. However, it primarily serves as a supplement to the end or continuous carbon filter.
Ozoners are also very cheap to operate - once every 2 years the plates are replaced (about 600 CZK for one). Their consumption is from 10 to 32 W.
In the case of use in a restaurant (kitchen), there is of course the need for multi-stage filtration, especially if you want to get rid of mold, viruses and odors, in which case it is necessary to ozonate longer than is needed for conventional use.
The hygiene limit is set at 0.05 ppm (parts per million) over eight hours, which is equal to 0.1 mg / m3. The hourly limit is then set at 0.1 ppm, ie 0.2 mg / m3. Ozone concentrations below these limits are considered harmless.
For comparison: the maximum hourly concentration of ozone in nature is approximately 0.06 ppm.
You need to get above these values. preferably 0.1ppm to 0.25ppm depending on whether you want to get rid of viruses and fungi, or all together including odors.
