Bluelab EC pen
The Bluelab EC Pen handheld meter is designed for measuring temperature, ppm or EC in (nutrient) solution. Daily measurement of the EC values guarantees that your plants will not suffer from excessive concentration or high dilution of the solution and will always have the optimum amount of nutrients.
The fully waterproof Bluelab EC Pen allows you to choose between units for measuring conductivity (EC or ppm) and temperature (Celsius or Fahrenheit). Calibration is required, but temperature compensation is automatic.
Another advantage of this pocket meter is the clear backlit display as well as operation on one AAA battery, which is included. You are alerted to low batteries by a flashing indicator light. An automatic shut-off when idle is also a plus. You can see the exact specification in the picture gallery. The probe is not replaceable.
